Lab publishes new report on bureaucratic justice in Universal Credit

The Administrative Fairness Lab is today publishing the second report from its study of bureaucratic justice in Universal Credit, which is funded by the Nuffield Foundation.

The new report, building on findings set out in the first report from the project, identifies which particular process qualities shape whether claimants perceive the Universal Credit process to be bureaucratically just or unjust. Based on a new survey undertaken with YouGov, it proposes a new model of bureaucratic justice in Universal Credit.
