Dr Ruth Friskney joins Lab core team

Dr Ruth Friskney has joined the Administrative Fairness Lab’s core team as a Research Fellow, and will be based at the University of Strathclyde. She will be initially working on a project, funded by the Financial Fairness Trust, exploring bureaucratic justice in Adult Disability Payments. Ruth will also be working to develop new areas of research within the Lab.

Ruth joins the Lab from the University of Glasgow, where she was a Research Fellow, and she previously received her PhD in Linguistics at the University of Edinburgh, investigating how the police apologise in responding to public complaints.
